There was a moment when everything fell apart at once.

A 21 year marriage that had quietly taken most of myself with it. A multiple sclerosis diagnosis I had been managing since 2000, mostly by sheer will and a refusal to accept the prognosis.

A life I had built that suddenly felt like someone else's.

I finally made the decision to choose myself. I moved out with my daughter, my dog, and very little certainty about how any of it was going to land. What followed was the hardest and most honest period of my life. Therapy. EFT tapping. Somatic healing. Meditation. A complete reinvention of everything I thought I knew about myself.

What I found on the other side was not a new version of myself. It was the original one. The woman who had always been there, waiting.

Everyone has the answers within them. Sometimes life gets so loud, so heavy, so relentless that you simply cannot hear them anymore.

What I do is create enough safety and stillness for you to find your way back to yourself. I tune in quickly. I pick up on things before you have finished explaining. And I hold space for you to explore what is possible, not what you think you should feel or do, but what is actually true for you.
