About to Become an Empty Nester

In this episode of The Lightkeeper’s Path, I open my heart and share what life has looked like these past two weeks. My daughter is preparing to move away to a four-year university, and while it’s such an exciting milestone, I’ve been riding the waves of “empty nester” emotions. From unexpected pauses and challenges during our recent vacation to the bittersweet joy of fall traditions we’ve always shared, I’ve been reminded again of the power of surrender.

Life transitions aren’t easy, whether it’s sending your child off to college, navigating illness, or facing financial uncertainty, but they invite us to lean into trust, release control, and remember that our inner light always leads the way.

If you’ve ever found yourself in a season of change and wondered how to keep moving forward, this one is for you.
